Pretty slow Graphics Card. No Doubt GPu is your bottleneck.

But if its a Notebook/Laptop then you can't do anything. Notebooks/Laptops are not preferred for gaming and for emulation of pcsx2.

Then you can't do anything except buying a new PC. Laptops can't be upgraded.

Anyone knows how to put midnight club 3 remix smooth ( no bugs, lags, etc) ?
I saw a video on youtube from a guy who run's it really good.

Don't count on Youtube Videos. They are played at 100 fps inspite of whatever fps you get while recording.
