Exclamation
Title says it all. I am only able to get to the part where it says "ADD GAME DIRECTORY" When I click on it, the app freezes for 3-5 seconds then it crashes. Sad

Do you have OldNewExplorer running in the background? If so, uninstall it before running pcsx2. I believe other programs have also been reported to cause the same issue but I can't say for sure. You'll have to go through some of your open apps and try killing them until you find the one causing the problem
Windows 11 64 bit OS
Intel Core i7-10700
Geforce RTX 2060 6GB
32 GB DDR4 RAM
