Try checking "native" in the GSdx graphic plugin settings but that's about it.
.hack games are of the fastest games on PCSX2 and other than your graphics card (which should be helped using native) it should have way over full speed most of the time even in default settings.

If playing from the game disc try making an ISO and running from there I guess Tongue2

If you mean the renderer options in GSdx and the Direct3D 10/11 option doesn't appear it's probable that you haven't updated your DirectX.

But anyway what is it exactly what you mean? PCSX2 doesn't auto configure itself.

it was set (and i mean the GPU config ) as Direct3D9 if thats the defult setting then its ok i thought that it auto detect my card and set the best setting as Direct3D9

PS: you didnt answer my about your avatar pic whats the name of the anime ????

Then nope, althou the best would be for you to check which gives you better speed for each game. In a slow card like that DX9 could actually help Tongue2
