When I'm running an ISO (created from disc) it was says
Boot error>system.cnf not found

That's so useful. The title describes the problem perfectly. If you typed about 10 more !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I would help but now I won't.
Not that I could anyway since you didn't give ANY useful info like PC specs,PCSX2 version,plugins,PCSX2 and plugins settings,game used. You did well in whining though.

Hehe thx but I have another problems here since I've been busy to carry my Netbook.....Smile
The problem its a Black screen when I starting my games (I create the Iso using Ultra iso & imgburn)
I wanna running Kingdom Hearts 2 and Mana Khemia 2

What version of PCSX2 are you using? Post some pictures of your settings.

I'm using PCSX2 v0.9.6 and PCSX2 SVN Rev 2540
Gsdx9 (sse2)
Bla bla bla
Using BIOS v02.00 (14/6/2004)
CD plugin Linuzapps iso v 0.8.0 (0.9.0 for rev 2540)
Do I have to send an images??
It's running but verry black screen

reinstall the application may fix ur prob ^^

Your ISO is bad/corrupt. And we don't give support for SVN revisions here.
