How about we discuss the two big factors here: CPU and GPU.

Turion II dual @ 2.3Ghz is at least plausible. You're gonna find yourself needing Speedhacks (as with most occasions), just don't let it surprise you if it can't always keep full speed.

ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5650 is, again, a plausible piece of hardware. You may have to keep the internal resolution down (even as low as native), but often should handle things pretty well. Again, don't let occasions of slow-down surprise you, especially if using a higher resolution.
