.Hack//Infection - sound is choppy / distorted / elongated

Hello, I'm not sure what is going on with this. I have tried several options / combinations of options. But nothing ever seems to work. I have tried PCSX2 0.9.8 and 0.9.6.

Has anyone been able to successfully run .Hack//Infection with out any sound loss problems, or perhaps minimal sound loss?

You're sound problem is quite likely related to your FPS being low. The audio will follow along with the framerate, slowing when it drops, and speeding up when it... well, speeds up.

So, I'm basically guessing the game is also running slow, which is likely caused by having weaker PC spec, not using Speedhacks, or maybe even both.

Post your system specs. Also, try not to mess with settings that you're uncertain of the effects of. Honestly and actually, you shouldn't have to be messing with several options / combinations to get things running right. Most of any compatible games will behave quite fine on defaults (providing the speed is there).

how much FPS you get? What sound plugin? what settings? any info?
