Half screen displayed

When using Pcsx2 and attmepting to run the game Champions: Return to Arms (which info can be found *removed*), only half of the screen is displayed. I'm a noob to Pcsx2, so don't know if I'm doing something wrong, or it's not my fault. Thanks in advance! The attached image is an example of it. (and no I'm not running OS X i just have a theme)

known issue. I believe it works in software mode though

I apologize for doing so, as I did not know that links to ROMs or ISOs were not allowed. I also was unaware if that may or may not been crucial to the answer to my question.
