Are you trying to load the ioprp_271.img in the ISO loader? Cos thats your mistake.

If you're loading an ISO do not mount it. Load it directly

Its not an iso its an .img file.

same thing they are images files this format is mostly used with NERO

Ok, i started directly from the file and it still doesn't load. I get all the way to the PS2 screen where you pick the mem card or the disc. The mem cards are there but not the disc.
