this is what im seeing, ee and gs are in top right

Try to reduce internal resolution to native and see if that helps. For software mode you need to set exra rendering threads to something like 3.

nothin, same old 20 fps on software mode when changed # of rendering threads and with hardware mode on any resolution setting getting same results.

is nvidia gefore gtx 950m better than intel hd graphics 4600, cuz i can pick between the two or just leave it at default
