Having Problems - Unresponsive

OK lets try something simpler.
Make sure you're using the beta build and the GSdx that comes with it. Then make sure GSdx renderer is set to DX9 Software and pixel shader 3.
Then set cdvdnull as cdvd plugin and go to Run->Execute. What happens then?

The same problem happens.

I've already tried this and several other options. I've also tried using the new beta versions of the plugins.

It's always the same problem.

Then something is wrong with your system. There is no reason for PCSX2 to fail like that just running the bios...my bet would either be video card drivers or something really messed up.
