I have been trying to play a game but all i get is a dark red screen
Ive been told that it is someting in my settings
Does anyone know how to fix it?

But seriously this is the same problem with your downloaded game, for all we know it could be a bad rip/mod so cant help there.

I can play 3d games so fast that they are playable (Budokai tenkaichi 3 on 25 fps)
the game works for everyone and it does for me too, but when i try to play the other version it stops working
