That is indeed odd. I remember playing that game to completion and i had no such issues, except maybe for small artifacts around letters. I'll check it to see if it got somehow broken and i didn't notice.

Using F9 did fix the issue. The only issue I'm having right now is that, my game is running at under 10 FPS, which is extremely slow.

Thank you all for the help, I'm now running without any graphical issues at about 50-60 FPS, seems like a restart fixed the FPS issue.

Could you guide me on how to chose Half pixel offset and wild arms offset?

F9 works for volume key.But when u in pcsx2,it works for switching between software & hardware mode

For Half pixel & Wild arms offset Go to video plugin settings-Enable HW hacks-configure-tick Half Pixel Offset & Wild arms offset.
try other options later e.g alpha,sprite
