Help - A few problems..
#1
Sad
My computer:

Processor: Intel Core i5, 2.27GHz, 2267Mhz, 2 Core(s), 4 Logical processor(s).
RAM: 4,000 MB.
Graphics card: ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5470.
Pcsx2 Version: 1.0.0

The problem:

I'm having a few problems whilst playing the most cherished game of my childhood, Darkcloud, but I'm having a few issues while playing the game.

My FPS is running at about 40-50, which makes it rather annoying for me to play, as it isn't as smooth as I would like it to be. I've previously hit 60 FPS constantly, but I've no clue what's happened now.

Whilst playing the game, I also get some graphical issues as seen in the image below, the game seems to become patchy whilst running around the dungeon. Is there any possible way of fixing this?

Can you see the missing piece behind my character? Where there is just a dull turquoise colour? That. It occurs as I run.

And here are my speed hack settings currently:

I'm on a laptop, so using F9 just increases my volume.

Could you guide me on how to chose Half pixel offset and wild arms offset?

???
just de-lock fn key, then.
I hope you're not thinking that on laptops, F9 keys are only used for volume Laugh

I feel really stupid right now, tried it: and it's definitely fixed the issue with the graphical side, however now, I'm only running on 6 FPS.

Thank you for the help, any idea on how I could increase my FPS?

That is indeed odd. I remember playing that game to completion and i had no such issues, except maybe for small artifacts around letters. I'll check it to see if it got somehow broken and i didn't notice.
