Help On PCSX2 Configuration

Hi guys, first post here and I'm new to the scene of emulation. So firstly, I've just downloaded PCSX2 and the graphics on God of War 2 is very blurry. There's also a bit of interlacing and it's really annoying. Could someone recommend me the best settings for PCSX2 so it'll look HD? Thanks.

My PC Configurations:

CPU: Intel Core i7 36XXM @ 2.30gHz
GPU: nVidia GTX 675M
RAM: 16GB
Screen: 1920x1080

Set internal res to 3x native. And cycle through interlace modes (F5) to find one that suits you
