I am running Mac 10.9 and using PCSX2 0.9.7 Alpha. I go to play my game and it gets stuck on the screen before the gameplay starts and it freezes my whole computer. I restarted my computer and I was running PCSX2 again to find this in the terminal code:

Then it shut down. Is there a solution for this?

Those segfault errors mostly refer to a bad rip.
Redump your iso from your original disc using disc utility.
CPU : I7 2600K Oc'ed @ 4.2Ghz
Mobo : Intel P67 southbridge
GPU : NVIDIA Geforce GTX 750 Ti
RAM : 6 Go

No.
It could be that the game isnt compatible with pcsx2 for mac.

And this leads to a freeze of the whole system? I always thought mac's were designed/brought because they are more stable than pc's...

It is recommended to make a dualboot system to install windows in parallel. Then you can use the normal windows version (1.2.1) which is much higher evolved than the mac version (0.9.6/0.9.7)

I would not guess that there is a list since not many have used this port and of those who used it there were not many testers who share their information.

But probably you paid not a lot of money to play ps2-games with pcsx2 on your mac, or?
I would really go for that dual-boot idea. You can also use pcsx2-ce which is more or less a wine-port. Informations are here
