Help With Dark Cloud 2 & Pcxs2 0.9.7

Can anyone help me in determining why the game (Dark Cloud 2) is running too slow for me while using latest pcsx2 emulator. Read several forums and guides but still not able to determine the cause. I doubt that its an issue with my computer capabilities (i.e. graphics card). Your help with emulator configuration would be truly appreciated. (note: tried several ones but no luck so far)

You doubt but it is your graphic card and your cpu too.PCSX2 need a lot more than what you have now and adding that you use Windows 7 will make the cpu to do even more work

Vsub... thanks a bunch for the quick reply. Any suggestion for graphics card (gc) improvements ( e.g. external websites , types, guides , etc).

I can run DC 2 at nearly full speed all the time (slow down in cutscenes) at x3 with a 9800gt good card. can pick it up for less then $100

If you don't mind spending over $100 for less then $200 you can get a GTX460, i'm pretty sure that would run most anything you throw at it.

Your CPU however is pretty weak which is probably just as much as an issue as the GPU. if you can overclock it to 3ghz you might beable to get 60fps on native.

there is a CPU for under $50 that should work with your mobo(don't quote there) and overclock decently well to get you enough for full speeds.

G.Skill 16GB DDR4 @3600mhz
