I'm a bit lost there.
did you try with your original DVD instead of iso ?
CPU : AMD Ryzen 7 3800X
Mobo : Asus PRIME B450-PLUS
GPU : NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070

!..That I didn't try, I only have the iso. Would I have to rip my ISO onto a DVD to try that way?

it would be useless.
Just take back your original DVD and rip your game again using imgburn

I don't have the original DVD though, since I traded it in a long time ago..(gamestop never gives you enough for your games :c...) I got the iso for the game online. But then again even If I didn't have a game for it, wouldn't I still be able to see the ps2 start up screen? Like if I set the CDVD on "NoDisk".
