Can with my configuration play with games ps2 ?

Processor : Dual core 2 2.53 GHZ E7200
Graphics : Geforce 9600 GT 512 Mo
Ram : 4 GO

and how much of fps ?

most intense 3D games are not run very well.

you can play 2d games decently
q6600 OC @ 3.3Ghz, 4gb ddr2 ram, nvidia gtx 260, 2x 1 tb hard disk

Overclock your CPU, and it will let you play mostly everything with decent FPS.

E7200 should be able to do about 3.6ghz, more if you get a good chip (4ghz+)
CPU: Core 2 Duo E8400 C0 @ 4.1Ghz
Mobo: ASUS P5Q Pro (2048Mhz FSB)
RAM: 8GB PC2-8500 DDR2
Video: Radeon HD 4850 512MB @ 790/1990mhz
Sound: ASUS Xonar DX, Alessandro MS-1 headphones
