Recently I cannot open PCSX2, because it gives me an error message (picture below) Can anyone tell me what is the problem? I never had this problem before, so I'm totally helpless...

If you run vista :
- right click and run as administrator
- reboot your comp and start pcsx2 immediately.
CPU : AMD Ryzen 7 3800X
Mobo : Asus PRIME B450-PLUS
GPU : NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070
RAM : 16 Go
