get the recommended/majority requirement
Intel-i at 3.2Ghz and a gddr5 video card(GTX 260~ or HD57xx~)
good for most games but not almost ALL.

Main Hub:i5-4670(3.4Ghz Factory Clocked),ATi Radeon HD7770(GDDR5+128-bit+1GB),Win 10 SL(x64),ASUS H8M-E,8GB DDR3 RAM

Hi-ya, noob. ;P

To address the "PCSX2 settings" question,
I'd like to tell you that the majority of default settings should work with most games,
especially if you did purchase more optimum hardware.
tallbender's advice pretty much sums up the hardware aspect.
If in doubt, you should basically go after the fastest you can afford,
which provides the highest success rate among various games.

Exact compatibility can vary between games, though.
I'm not familiar with those you listed, personally,
but a quick search of the game's name on this site should lead you to more accurate discussion of it's particular compatibility.

And check if your games work with PCSX2 first. Dead or Alive (2) is broken currently.
