Use the save editor. It is chock full of options, including skipping certain plot areas.
(Please don't forget rule #1 of the forums. Never state anything about downloading games.)

In the process of attempting to do that but n having luck interpreting all the information present in the Save game editor.
Holy crap thats alot of numbers and such. and most all of these game saves
are very late in the game. the majority of which being just before the final battle.

Try my method,it's working for other ppls too here in forum.
Take a colgate which u use for brush u'r teeths.put colgate gently on all over the disc.
Keep disc for 5-6 hours.when it fully dry, wash it & clean with soft cloth gently.
Put u'r Game dvd in dvd drive of u'r computer.open imgburn click on create image file from disc.
Let it read from u'r disc.set speed to maximum 56x.
Click on build,it'll make iso image of u'r Game !!
