That kinda looks like you're using the wrong Interlacing mode...
Have you tried cycling through the others while in-game with F5...?

And sorry I overlooked that statement.
Your performance just sounds a lot like what I'd get from 0.9.8.

BTW - You should use Hardware mode if running the latests SVN with this game.
That's what the fix was for. Wink

The "Interlacing" Option in that screen-shot you posted.
Try using one of the options there, rather than "None".
You can cycle through them while playing by pressing F5 on your keyboard.
That would help you to see the differences as you change them.

If you want to just try setting it in the GSdx plugin settings (what you posted),
I'll suggest you start with "Blend bff".

Do you get them with both Hardware and Software mode then...?

Why is it in software mode for?
