Is that in the GSdx title bar? In that case it's possibly the CRC being the problem, try the old GSdx 0.1.7 and see if run faster there.

That is the NTSC-U crc, and isn't it already included in the beta plugin?

tnx for the help its ok now using r1012 with GSDX r2730 Im using the PAL version is the sound of this game really this buggy any ideas how to fix em they cant seem to finish their sentences while they are talking in cutscenes
sample "you mean like dipan roya" "funny I an outsider should be telling you about it prince" and many more hehe!!!!!! it's kinda funny and annoying in the same time

If you have EE cycle to x3 it will cause major bugs in voices etc. You should also be using the latest SPU2-X.

I tried using the r1888 and set to ee cycle rate x2 still same results should I use the default settings

Graphic card has nothing to do with it, that bug isn't yet fix, all we can do is wait for now I guess, although you can do a change in the code that fixes it, though I never tried it before.
Just get through it by using the map, after that the game should be smooth if you got the required hardware that it........
