disable mtgs in cpu config. Your Cpu is single core and can't handle it.
CPU : AMD Ryzen 7 3800X
Mobo : Asus PRIME B450-PLUS
GPU : NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070
RAM : 16 Go

jesalvein: Not sure that's the problem here... I don't think using MTGS when you have a single core processor should actually cause the system to hang, as it's just splitting the program into 2 threads. Though I'm sure it could cause more slowdowns than fix.

SqLeon: What type of video card do you have and what operating system are you running? If I had to guess by your processor you're probably running an onboard laptop video card and an older one at that. Your computer probably doesn't have support for DX10.

That said, your computer is really too weak to play any game playably unfortunately.

And make sure to use the SSE2 version of GSdx. And yeah, 100% no dx10 support on that notebook from 2005 Wink

So if i buy a new video card what would u guys recommend.

(ps. When i turned off MTGS it fixed the unhandled exception error but then it said graphics error 01. But that did speed up gsdx9.)

I'm using windows 7 and my video card I think is this:Mobile Intel® 915GM/GMS,910GML Express Chipset Family.

Also i have directx11 installed.

First, it's a laptop so you probably can't change the graphics card even if you want.
Second if you even manage to do it, the processor is also too slow for PCSX2. So you actually need a whole new PC to use PCSX2 with any kind of respectable speeds.

That computer would be better for running pcsx2, but still far from ideal. That computer will only run DX9 because of the video card. You'd need at least an HD radeon or an nvidia in the 8000 series or higher (the current one you have is a 7300)

do you play games good(good speed) on your pc. If so what video card do you have? Or which one would you recommend. To get ideal speed.
