Help with some graphics issues?

Hi I'm really new to all this and have essentially no idea what all the technical jargon means. What I need help with is that when I play Megaman Collection X the sprites and graphics look sort of cut. http://imgur.com/a/XJ58z heres some pictures so you can understand better

In order to help you further with your problem, please make sure the following are all provided.
  • Your hardware specs - CPU, Graphics Card, Memory, Operating System.
  • The version of PCSX2 you are using.
  • Any non default settings you are using.
  • What games you are trying to play and if you are playing them from ISO or DVD.

Oh right sorry. If there aren't the correct things for specs just tell me because like I said I'm pretty new.
Intel Core i7 920@2.67GHz (8CPUs)
NVIDIA GeForce 9800 GT
6742MB RAM
Windows Vista
I'm using PCSX2 0.9.8
I don't remember messing with any settings so I assume not
I'm trying to play Megaman Anniversary Collection and Megaman X Collection. Its the same problem I think so I don't know if it will apply to other games. Also both are ISOs

Configure GSdx and completely disable texture filtering and check 'native'

play it in software mode.
