Hey: FPS so slow (have read an tryed things out)

hey guys well

i have done some reading and still havnt worked it out

i am wanting to play Need for speed Most wanted PAL
an am getting 13 FPS (have read that if i fix FPS sound will be better as thats well so slow as well lol )
(o and when the sstarting movies come up i get 50fps an so on its just when it comes to the starting of the game eg quick race an blah blah blah ^^ thats when i get low fps ).
okay well my computer specs is

X86 family : AMD Phenom X3 8650 triple core
CPU speed: 2.3Gbz
windows 7 bt can get my hands on XP is needed (may be a good idea ;lol)
4GB of ram

and a EN9600GT black pearl nvidia video card

and well yeah i have tryed alot an no i dear whats going on here as i for plugins :
GSdx 890 (MSVC 15.00, SSE2)0.1.14
SPU2-X1.1.0
Linuz ISO cdvd 0.8.0
hmm dont no if bios makes a differents or not bt yeah.


any ideas i really need help i have tryed for years on different computers nad fail al the time so if any 1 with the smarts cud help be great Laugh

if need be i can talk on MSN if easyer

if you can, try Ocing your CPU. I think it's not powerful enough in that case.

Overclocking can Speed Up your FPS, But you have to do it at your own risk.

hmmm well atm i just got it to start OCing an nw on 2.44gbs bt that made no difference in game pay bt atm with playing around with spped hacks an the likes i have got the most FPS of 20-28 which isnt to bad bt that was with frame skip VU and well that makes it jump bt yeah the picture is great its just slow that is all lol :/ bt thats crazy if it wont run Wacko as req say i got more then whats needed :/

hmm i cud do it at 10% which wud take it to 2.5 i think

you have more than the requirements to make pcsx2 run, not run full speed.
You cpu has to be around 3.5-3.6 Ghz to expect full speed in most games.

hey guys plz forgive me for posting twice i have played around and worked out that when theres a lot to show it lags bt if there isnt much it works out well my CPU usage is at around 70-85% uhmmm
please take the time to look throw the imagers

dont no if that will or could help any 1 bt yeah :/ hopfuly can do atm i only got 1 ps2 game bt i can get more mite see if its just "this" game.

(Note: CPU monitor in top of the game normally it won't so accurate.Use Window Task Manager as core monitor. This will give you 100 % accurate CPU usage monitor)

Mount the disc to the pc (iso,nrg,daa and .......)
Use Gigaherz's CDVD plugin
Use PCSX2 0.9.6 (1059 beta build)
use GSdx 1006 (MSVC 15.00, SSE/SSSE 3/4.1) 0.1.15
Tweak the new speedhack .. this will give extra FPS for sure.
