Well I don't know, but My system is fine with my graphics card. It may only have 320MB, but I am running all my games on 1440x900 with no slowdowns on mostly all the games I own. Video Memory does not matter much if you are playing in lower resolutions. If you are running at 1680x1050+, then you might want 512MB or more. The big chunk you have to worry about is CPU clock speed and GPU power/PCI-X bandwidth.

My old one Smile It`s a weak videocard for many games (Xenosaga`s,dot Hack GU series, Grandia 3 etc.) if you want play the game at higher resolution than native, like as 1000*1000.
If you see |99% CPU| on the top of pcsx2 window, it`s your videocard fault.
