Highest Graphics
#1
Hello,
I'd like to help me get high graphics when playing.
I don't care much about the fps cause my pc is beast and I think im going to have very good fps in game while in HD/HQ.
I'd like to send me the configure for HD or what else I need to change/install.If it is easy to you,
I prefer to send me pics instead of the tutorial but if you cant there's no problem.Note that Im using a 1440x900 monitor.
Also does the BIOS I chose matter? And yes Im new to PCSX2.If it is easy for you Id like you to describe me the full installation
and configuration.Thanks for your time!
My PC's specs are:

CPU: Intel Core-i7 3:40 GHz
Graphics card: AMD Radeon HD series 6970 2GB
Ram: 4GB
Operating System: Windows 7 Ultimate x64 (64-bit)

you just ned to increase gsdx internal res, and as well as scaling to get sharper gfx.
that said, try to use square resolutions as much as possible (such as 1024*1024 or 10280*1280) to avoid glitches.

about the bios question : use the one from your PS2, and it'll be ok.

the bios that you chose must be came from your mod-chipped PS2 via LauncherElf+DumpBiosUSB.elf

well it's hard to say neither Ati or Nvidia will win from GDDRx to Gflops.to TDP.

that's why I said it's a good joke.
of course, you could sayt THIS ati model is less powerful than THIS nvidia model and vice versa.
But saying ATI GPUs are weaker than nvidia ones without any precision makes me laugh Laugh

and so what ?
having many partners doesn't mean you have the best product.
it means you know how to sell it.

a simple example : Microsoft has a wide partnership with many hardware constructors so that they sell windows with their machines.
does this automatically mean that windows is a best OS ? of course no. It means MS commercial service line is very efficient.
about your last post :
OK, you are comparing 2 specific models. THAT makes sense.

maybe we could stop the off topic stuff, now ?
