Horrible Fps lag on harvestmoon

ok so im trying to play harvest moon but i cant get past any animations due to the fps lag its horribly slow. But im no genius at this im quite sure my config is correct, i can play other games that are more demanding but it is not letting me play this game can i please get some help.

btw my specs are
CPU: Intel® Pentium® D CPU 3.00GHZ i know its old
RAM: 6GB
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GT630
OS: Windows 7 Home Prem. x64
btw its running off my solid state i dont know if that makes any difference with speed but yea

which ones ? harvest moon is considered to quite light.

and please post your pcsx2 version, screenshots of your pcsx2 settings, etc... anything relevant. But don't expect miracles with that old & weak CPU

for instance naruto shippuuden ultimate ninja 5 and that runs on 50+
and i know but i run the new mortal combat (not on pcsx) but still that game is quite high demanding

start by enabling all recommended speedhacks, and set ee ccle rate to 1, vu cycle stealing to 1

The graphics have nothing to do with it.
it's more a question of the way the game has been originally coded.

see that EE = 95% ? your cpu is definitely struggling.
better play this game on your PS2 until you can afford a decent machine
