Horrible graphical errors and slow fps in Ubuntu 14.04

Similiar problem for me. Tekken 5 runs fast on menu, but very slow during the game process.
At the title of the window I see the following params: FPS: 18, EE 99%, GS 80%. Any suggestions?

Ubuntu 14.04,
CPU: A8-4500M,
Graphics: Radeon HD 7640G,

1. What's the reason to create several similiar threads for the same type of problem? In most other forums the creating of duplicate threads means the user probably didn't use a search before asking, which is a bad sign.

2. What's wrong with rules?
