Horrible stuttering problems.
#1
I have recently rebuilt my PC from an FX 8350 and a GTX 660. Now I have a 4770K, a 780, and a whole lot of stuttering in the Atelier Iris trilogy. The problem didn't occur until i upgraded to the 780 and now all 3 games stutter almost constantly at irregular intervals but they don't have any slowdowns. I have tried everything from downgrading pcsx2 versions and reconfiguring to running everything in a virtual machine. On one hand every other game i have tried runs just fine, on the other the only game i want to play isn't working right. Any and all help is appreciated.
P.S. I'm running Windows 7.

If so try disabling it.

As for drivers ive tried, im currently using the 337.50 beta but i started with 335.23 whql set. i saw no change in performance between them except in skyrim.
SPU settings are:
Interpolation: 4-catmull Rom (no de-alias filter and full effects processing)
Module: 4-portaudio
Sync: Timestretch
no audio expansion
