How To Get a Favourite Theme in this Site?

I have Downloaded a Theme, its my Favourite theme from MyBB.
Can someone tell me how to get a Theme Here from MyBB.
I have Downloaded a theme from MyBB i really like it i have read All the instructions.these are they;

1)Unzip All Files to One Folder.
2)Go To Admin CP and Import the .XML.
3)Change to the Theme with in User CP.

I am just a user not an admin and i cant do this can someone tell me how to do this i think there are 3 options for me to do this.

[1]If an Admin could do this for Me.
[2]If an Admin CP is given to me then i could do this.
[3]If this This Theme changing ability is given into User CP.

Installing a theme is not as easy as you think it is and it won't happen. Only an administrator can do it.
