Just hold tight until they put the new pack up, it should be real awesome with Gabest adjusting GSDX and the new SPU2-X. That should clear up your sound and you should have very reasonable speeds, or at least be caught up to where the rest of us are in comparison. I would tell you to compile the plugins yourself if you can't wait, but you have to know what your doing in that department and I couldn't even help you for the plugins lol they give me hell.
