Press Windows key + R, type "dxdiag.exe" (without quotes) and press Enter key.

And yeah, almost all game menus are in 2D with a static background so they do not consume much power and run smoothly.

I can, but it is a bit complicated, especially if you are not using Windows 7. So it is better for you to do it yourself.

First do what I say in the previous post. A dialog may or may not appear asking you to check for WHQL. You can choose either No or Yes. Then the DirectX Diagnostic Tool frame shows up. In System tab, see the Processor and Memory lines. In Display tab, see the Device fieldset. If you can manage that, so you can post them here.

you will have a hard time with that CPU. It's simply too low for pcsx2
CPU : AMD Ryzen 7 3800X
Mobo : Asus PRIME B450-PLUS
GPU : NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070
RAM : 16 Go

A Pentium D is basically two Pentium4 stick together which is a slow architecture (a bit more complicated but you get the idea Tongue2).

3GHz in a Pentium D are something around 1.6-1.8GHz in a Core 2 Duo.

Yes, it's that weak Tongue2.
