How do I get my PS2's bios to my computer to use it?

I am really lost

I am new to PCSX2, I don't understand some things.

I have a Slim Black PS2.

How do I get my bios onto my computer from my PS2?

What software? How do I connect it? What Wires if I need them?

I don't know, but I tried That dumper thing, don't know how to use it?

Please tell me the software and/ or hardware/wires needed to do so.
