How do I get the PS2 games to look as good as possible? I don't fully understand all the settings for PCSX2 so if someone could walk me through mainly the video settings or even just tell me their setup as I'm trying to run these PS2 games with the highest graphics fidelity.

I have a i5-3570k,8gb of ram, and a GTX 770.

Thanks for any and all help!

It depends quite a bit on the game you are tryna play but from PCSX2 Mainscreen goto config> Video> Plugin Settings where it says "or use scaling" set that number higher depending on the game you are playing and the game will look much better. try 3x native or even 4x depending on the game of course. Smile and also under plugin setting click configure and set MSAA. although that can sometimes cause glitches

You can start with this:
Go to Config->Video (GS)->Plugin Settings and set Scaling to 3x Native.
If the games are too slow, set it to 2x Native.

Grand Theft Auto series
Yakuza
God of War
Final Fantasy
Kingdom Hearts.

The classic PS2 games pretty much.

1. Go as far into the future as possible
2. Avoid alien overlords.
3. Find most advanced PS2 emulator and hardware of that time
4. Set everything to max.
5. Profit.

But really, your system should easily handle all of the games you listed at max or near max settings.

Thoses games should be at 3-4x native with no problems. Kingdom Hearts 2 was running at 6x nativeon my friends R9 270x with only a drop down to 56fps.
