How good of a PC for flawless emulation?

Welcome to the wonderful advantage of having the original source code grants.  Add in the fact that PS2 on PS4 (Sony's stupid name not mine) is not exactly emulation and it starts to make sense.

It is not trying to run a PS2 to run a PS2 game, ie emulate the system. It is just trying to run the game. It might work with properly formatted games other then those released, but it only has to work "correctly" with the select games released.
