I have a Hewlet Packard Pavillion a6750y PC
AMD Phenom X4 9650 Quad Core CPU
8GB RAM
ATI Radeon HD3200
Windows Vista Home Premium 64-Bit
Will this run PCSX2 easily? If not, what would I need to upgrade to do so? I kind of burned out my original PS2 and would rather play on my PC that have to buy a whole new PS2. Thanks.

Wont be able to run most games at playable enough speeds, what games are you aiming to play?
You would have to upgrade your graphics card and maybe CPU or overclock your current CPU.

Not sure, most of my games or role playing games like Final Fantasy, Wild Arms and AR Tonelico. How do you overclock a CPU?

RPGs should be playable enough but still graphics card would probably need some config tweaking, but a recommended upgrade.
uhm, take a look at this recent topic maybe it'll help you with overclock

Or basically well google a bit and you should come with some good overclock guides, but take in count overclocking has the risk of damaging or reducing your components life.
