How hard would it be to resize the Kingdom Hearts HUD?

I realize that there isn't a HUD fix for kingdom hearts 2 yet but what would you actually need to do to fix it?

Everything else looks fantastic in this game [Image: iu4pdK0UrkGUO.png]

Perhaps because it's widescreen? Don't know, it looks fine on mine....but then again, I run on native/square...

You need to modify the game either the actual files or through some sort of patch.

Alright. Any idea which files specifically?

Break apart the game files and rewrite the code for the sizing of the HUD? Nope, not a clue where to start there.

I'd say try 4:3 or 5:4 instead of 16:9 before you try that though. Yeah it's probably not really what you're looking for, but it's a much simpler solution.

I couldn't even tell you. If it's anything like Xbox files, you need a hex editor and a program to re-sign the file because stuff like this was usually buried in the executable (but not always).

Your best bet is a patch (which modifies memory addresses) and even that isn't exactly easy. These games weren't meant for wide screen so any method will be a royal pain. Sorry, but I'd just learn to tolerate it.
