How many fps ?!?

Im sorry for the second topic but my dad dosent want to buy the old topic laptop he want to buy laptop with this specs :
Intel® Core™ 2 Duo SP9400(2.40GHz,1066MHz,6MB) , 4GB RAM
50GB HDD FFS 7200rpm, DVD+/-RW, Intel GMA X4500HD

With how many fps will be on this laptop and its on Windows Vista may be 64 bit

if I want to ballpark it, 20

I wish I had a dual core laptop, I'd be glad to test the speed. (mine's 1.86 ht, with a Intel 945 chipset)

let's see... on MY pc, with a better gfx card, and my cpu oced to match yours, 7fps on SvR09 (2006 as well) and on DBZ Budokai 3 (same cellshading as naruto) I got 4.

You will get 8-13 FPS Lowest and 20-30 Fps Highest, i think this will be the FPS Speed.Because if you have;
2GB Ram 8800GT Nvidia Card and Intel C2D E8400 then you will run SVR09 At from 45-60 FPS.
