How many fps

Hey guys do you now with how many fps will run Smackdown vs Raw 2009 and Naruto Ultimate Ninja Shippuuden 4 on this specs :
Intel Pentium Dual-Core T3200
3 or 4 GB RAM (im not sure but i think is 4)
2.00 GHz
Windows Vista 64-bit and its a laptop i mean how many fps with the correct configurations and im sorry for my first post

I think 25-40 FPS with all Speedhacks and Cycle rates disabled.

those 2 games are very intense.
it will be ranging 5~25 fps

well for naruto one ofmy friends say its will be 25-40 in match now im on my old PC and its with 5-10 fps here is it my old PC specs :
512 mb RAM
1.60 GHz
+2600 and for wwe i will try and if its slow i will play on slow Laugh i dont need full speed and im sorry for bad english im from bulgaria

Dunno bout Naruto, but Smackdown vs Raw 2009 requires a very good pc to run. So I wouldn't expect much with your specs.

On Naruto Ultimate Ninja 4 I get 35-60 in menus and 25-40 in battles...speed hacks don't have effect on this game(it's really small).For VU-SKip values 0,0,2,1 are best for this game(it doesn't give you much speed boost but the skipping isn't a problem with those values)

PS.Actually this game is quite fast so is't not a problem if it's running even on 30fps
