How should I setting my pcsx2?
#1
My computer:
CPU: intel i5 750(4 CORES)2.67GHZ
Graphic card: AMD Radeon HD 5450
HDD: 1TB
RAM: 6GB
Can the above device able to play games at 2x native or above at full FPS?
When I play the games, it will lag in 2x native sometimes and surely lag at 3x native or above. Is it normal? Do any ways to solve the problem?

Since your 2nd digit in AMD GPU is a 4, it is not that strong. Maybe a few games such as FFX will run at x2, but most most will need to be native. To go into upper level resolutions your second digit needs to be a 7, 8, or 9.
