How to fix FPS drop issue in PCSX2?

I'm running PCSX2 1.6 on a Ryzen 5 processor with a Vega 7 integrated GPU, which has specs similar to the Nvidia MX series with 2GB of VRAM, and 8GB of RAM. The game is at its original PS2 resolution with no graphical enhancements, and it runs smoothly except for during night races. Specifically, on Special Stage Route, the FPS drops to 5 only on the start/finish straight. Are there any solutions to this issue?

Please post the contents of the emulog.txt file after the problem occurs. The file can be found in "My Documents\PCSX2\logs" for the installer version or in "PCSX2\logs" for the portable/binary version.
