How to improve my PCSX2 speed

Well I am a newbie here and in using PCSX2 Happy and my PC is also kinda low-level. I am mentioning my specs:

Please tell me how can I play games on PCSX2 at nearabout 40-60 fps.. The game I am playing now is WWE All Stars and getting only 15-18 fps.. Glare Sad Sad please help me out soon

Both of your CPU and GPU were not enough for speeds you demand, even if you toyed with all of settings available.

Your only option is to keep playing on your PS2 while saving money for a new system.

No,it beyond weak for PCSX2.
CPU is really old and slow and the video is just the bare minimum.
I could say that your PC goes the the real minimum requirements category for using PCSX2.

that you even get 20 fps on that game is already suprising lol, just play with your ps2 for now until you get a way better pc
