Isn't that from vsub's save state manager? It might not work with the latest 1.5.0 revision.
AMD Ryzen 5 3600 @ 3.60~4.20 GHz | Corsair Vengeance LPX 32 GB (2x16GB) DDR4-3200
MSI GeForce GTX 1660 Super @ 6 GB | Samsung 980 1TB | Windows 10 Pro x64 (22H2)

He is talking about the console(I think).
The only thing I can try is saving/loading save state on the painfully weak laptop I am but the messages are visible on the latest beta(v1.5.0-dev-1793-g52ec143)
I used the latest pcsx2 but the plugins are older

One question.
You are talking about a message on the game window(I don't know if the OSD is added on the latest beta)or on the console window.

I tried few things but I can't see those messages you are talking about.
Can you post a screenshot with them(while using some rev that work...1761 maybe)and post it here

osd_log_enabled is set to 1 in Gsdx.ini and the only thing I can use on that plugin is DX9SW
