How to use the same state save in a different game ?

I have 2 of the same games and one of them is broken... Can I use the save state file on a different but same game ?

If the 2 disc share the same CRC, I would think so.
Not sure why you would post a question about this, try it yourself and you'll see if it works or not.

well if they were both the same game, (but different crc) then you could try changing the name of the savestate (which is "game's crc"."save state's #") to the other crc. Smile

The crc is written in the console window everytime you load up a game
