I can not even get past first time configuration!!!

Question 
I have downloaded direct x and uninstalled and reinstalled several times and i keep getting this [Image: 2qt8f8k.jpg]
Can anybody help me????

Probably because your CPU don't support SSSE3(I tried the SSSE3 plugin just now on my PC that have CPU that don't support SSSE3 and I get the same error)

it does that on each setting i even exported the direct x files to the same folder im running windows 7 and have intel core 2 duo processor

Windows does not like having users randomly stuffing runtime in w/e directory.

run the appropriate software updaters.

where do i need to put it in order for the game to work?

Does the same happen when you try to click the "Configure" button with the GSdx SSE2 one selected?

Try updating your DirectX and install the Visual C++ 2008 redist:

If directx was the problem,you won't get that error...try with GSdx SSE2

Try with the latest SVN build and unpack it to a different location:
