Super new to this and n here for one problem. Recently I've been playing Fur Fighters and all of a sudden the game looks like this (see below). I have no idea what to do.  Can anybody help get rid of these comic book dots?

Press F5 to switch between the deinterlacing modes and see if that helps.

There is also a PC version of this game.

Main Rig: i7-3770k @4.5ghz | 16GB DDR3 | Nvidia GTX 980 TI | Win 10 X64
Laptop: MSI GT62VR | i7-6700HQ | 16GB DDR4 | Nvidia GTX 1060 | Win 10 X64

It's the F7 key that you need to use to shift through shaders. (Right now you're using shader 3 in that screenshot. Keep pressing F7 until it goes away).
AMD Ryzen 5 3600 @ 3.60~4.20 GHz | Corsair Vengeance LPX 32 GB (2x16GB) DDR4-3200
MSI GeForce GTX 1660 Super @ 6 GB | Samsung 980 1TB | Windows 10 Pro x64 (22H2)
