Does the latest SVN is able to run Valkyrie Profile 2 better than before? I was thinking ripping my own copy of VP2 but I am not sure if the latest SVN has fixed where the game isn't as demanding as it was before and rather save the trouble by ripping it and finding out since it takes time to do it..anyone here can confirm that it does or not?

No significant speed boost is achieved since MTVU hack. And 90% chance is that the GSDX bug is not fix. Sorry.

at worst, use Software mode, it's only that one area that has issues. and there HAVE been improvements in speed since the 4600 release. PCSX2 gets faster all the time, try new SVNs and find out if it works better for you or not.

It's unlikely we get this game to go that much faster so that your 3Ghz AMD chip can run it full speed, sorry.
