I just looked at the guide on how to get BIOS

And have some questions,

I don't have the network adapter to do the first method suggested and i also dont have a modded ps2 or swap disks so cant load the CD id have to put in anyway, is there any other way to get the BIOS other than been forced to download one?

You need a way to run homebrew on your ps2. If you have a vanilla, non-modified ps2, then you cannot dump the BIOS.
I know that sucks, but we can't help it.
